CNY Tubs is a factory authorized service technician for Softub Portable Spas. All models are serviced, with parts available as well. Call us at (607) 533-9411 to set up a service appointment.
Labor rate is $60/hr on-site. Scheduling times are usually within one week, and a 'bounce' appointment is then also booked for a possible return call with parts. Mileage charges apply after 10 miles at the rate of $2.00 per mile. This is a one-time charge (one-way). Upon scheduling an appointment you will be asked for a major credit card as a deposit for time & travel. Minimum labor charge is 1/2 hour, and 1 hour beyond 25 miles away.
Mail order repair service is available. Customers can UPS in their power pack for a 10 day turnaround repair. Call us at 607-533-9411 for details.
